select_organization. No tool takes

you administer there. Switch organizations first.
The write tools prepare a change. Nothing is saved or emailed until
confirm_change runs after the person said yes. See
Making changes.

invite_to_org
Prepares invites for people to join a group, and so your organization. The
preview lists each address and what happens to it.
- Someone already in the group is skipped.
- A pending person is invited again and keeps their role.
- An admin of a top-level group administers the whole organization. The preview warns when the batch would make one.
- Each invite email counts toward your organization’s daily invite limit. When the limit runs out, the remaining addresses fail and the result says so.
- An invite gives no event access.
